  公司创始团队具有15年以上湿法无纺布生产经验，同时依托浙江省华邦特种纸造纸研究院、中国海诚工程科技股份有限公司研发中心，共同开发无纺布膜基材及系列产品，在关键技术取得突破后，成功的投入规模化生产运行。研发团队近年来建立了膜支撑材料研究平台，专注于研发反渗透膜、纳滤膜、超滤膜、MBR膜及特种膜无纺布支撑材技术，应用领域已扩展至电子、医疗、工业废水处理行业。

R&D center, wehave jointly developed non-woven membrane substrates and related series of productsAfter accomplishing breakthrough in key technology, we have successfully make it true in mass production of these products.   清澜公司专注于研发反渗透膜、纳滤膜、超滤膜、微滤膜、MBR膜及特种膜等无纺布支撑材目前已开发并量产QLM-G60、QLM-R75、QLM-R80、QLM-R90和QLM-R200等系列产品，产品用于卷式膜、MBR平板膜、管式膜，产品应用领域已扩展至电子、医疗、工业废水处理行业。

  Qinglan Company focuses on the research and development of non-woven support materials such as reverse osmosis membranes, nanofiltration membranes, ultrafitration membranes, microfiltration membranes, MBR membranes, and special membranes. Currently, it has developed and mass-produced series of products such as QLM-G60, QLM-R75, QLM-R80,QLM-R90, and QLM-R200. The products are used in roll membranes, MBR fat membranes, and tubular membranes, andt heir application fields have expanded to the electronics, medical, and industrial wastewater treatment industries.

  产品特点:采用公司自主研发化学纤维湿法生产工艺，表面光洁，匀度好;孔径分布均匀，透气度及厚度均一性好。

  安徽清澜新材料科技有限公司成立于2020年7月，公司主营RO膜基材、MBR膜基材及特种膜基材。目前拥有年产1500万平方米无纺布膜基材的生产能力。研发项目列入2021年浙江省重点研发计划“面向水资源高效利用的复合膜材料设计及产业化”的子课题“制膜用基材无纺布产业化关键技术开发”，项目编号2021C01173。企业着眼膜材料前沿技术开发，已进入安徽省新材料产业优势企业(第一批)。

  技术成熟:公司与浙江省华邦特种纸造纸研究院、中国海诚工程科技股份有限公司研发中心，共同开发无纺布膜基材及系列产品，在关键技术取得突破后，成功的投入规模化生产。授权发明专利4项，形成多项具有自主知识产权核心竞争力的专有技术。

  国产代替进口:截止目前无纺布支撑材均依赖于进口，国内目前处于早期阶段，尚未出现任何竞争对手，清澜作为首家研发生产单位，打破国外技术垄断，填补国内空白并得到市场的认可专业的团队:团队成员均具备几十年的产业经验，近年来建立了膜支撑材料研究平台，专注于研发反渗透膜、纳滤膜、超滤膜、微滤膜、MBR膜及特种膜等无纺布支撑材。范行业政策支持:随着我国政策对环保等的重视，反渗透膜、全氟离子交换等高效分离新材料发HHISUD展方向作为其关键战略目标，同时未来污水处理、海水淡化、家用净水器等行业发展前景无限。
